Returning an Item

Keep proof of postage for all returns.
Repackage the item properly, including exterior protection, to prevent damage during transit.
We can only accept returns if the product is in a saleable condition. The item must be:

Unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging.
Returned within 60 days of delivery.

Delivery Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any redelivery fees.
We do not refund initial shipping fees or credit card charges.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns if you change your mind.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as follows:

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will refund the full product price and the shipping cost
For any other reason, only the product cost will be refunded.

Exchanges

If there's a price difference for exchanged products, let us know how you'd prefer to pay or be refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

You can return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
If we determine the item is faulty, normal warranty conditions apply, and you are responsible for following warranty instructions.
Once we confirm the product is defective, we'll either send a replacement (subject to availability) or refund the product and original delivery costs via your original payment method.

The height of the handlebar is adjustable so the scooter will grow with your child. A: We always recommend that children should wear helmets when scooting. It is important that your child's helmet fits correctly.

A: The Maxi Micro Deluxe LED handlebars can be adjusted from 68-91cm, making the scooter suitable for children 110cm to 152cm in height. The adjustable handlebar means that your child can use their Maxi Micro Deluxe for several years so you needn't worry about buying a replacement.

Q. Does the Maxi Micro Deluxe LED fold?

A: No, the Maxi Micro Deluxe LED is not a foldable scooter. However, the handlebar can be removed quickly from the base making it easy to store and transport.

Q. Does the Maxi Micro Deluxe LED scooter conform to European safety standards?

A: As you would expect of a Swiss designed and engineered scooter the Maxi Micro Deluxe LED conforms to European safety standard EN14619.

The BEST Scooter!!!

My toddler is absolutely obsessed with this scooter – and honestly, I get why! 🙌 It’s perfect for kids who are ready to level up from a little balance scooter but still need something super stable and safe.

The 3-wheel design makes it really sturdy (no wobbly moments here!) and the lean-to-steer action is genius – it helps them learn to balance naturally while feeling like they’re surfing the footpath. The LED wheels are a huge hit in our house too – they light up as you ride, no batteries needed, which makes every scoot an adventure (and makes spotting them in low light so easy!).

I love that the handlebar is adjustable, so it will grow with my little one through the school years, and the non-slip deck means even in wet weather I feel confident about him riding. It also has a removable T-bar, so it’s easy to pop in the car or store away.

It feels super solid with its 70 kg weight limit, so I know we’ll get years of use out of it. It’s honestly one of the best investments we’ve made for outdoor play – keeps him active, happy, and riding every single day.

Great kids scooter

We’ve upgraded from the mini to the maxi deluxe. Our girl loves her scooter, she’s confident riding it, loves the light up wheels and seems more confident trying out some ramps and jumps. Well made, smooth ride, so much nicer than the clunky metal ones. It will last her ages, I’m even looking into an adult sized one to chase her on!
