Australia Post eParcel Info Australia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home, they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect. Australia Post will deliver to PO Box addresses. Please note that Australia Post says we must allow ten days after the final day of expected delivery before contacting them to lodge a formal investigation into an overdue delivery. The investigation can take up to five business days to be resolved. Returning an Item

• Keep proof of postage for all returns. 
• Repackage the item properly, including exterior protection, to prevent damage during transit. 
• We can only accept returns if the product is in a saleable condition. The item must be: 
• Unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging. 
• Returned within 60 days of delivery.

Delivery Costs

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any redelivery fees. 
• We do not refund initial shipping fees or credit card charges. 

Change of Mind  

• We do not accept returns if you change your mind. 

Refunds 

Refunds will be processed as follows:

• If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will refund the full product price and the shipping cost
• For any other reason, only the product cost will be refunded.

Exchanges

• If there's a price difference for exchanged products, let us know how you'd prefer to pay or be refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

• You can return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
• If we determine the item is faulty, normal warranty conditions apply, and you are responsible for following warranty instructions.
• Once we confirm the product is defective, we'll either send a replacement (subject to availability) or refund the product and original delivery costs via your original payment method.

Q: Is the Mini Micro Deluxe LED scooter right for my child?

The Mini Micro Deluxe LED is suitable for children aged 2 to 5 who are up to 110cm tall. The maximum weight limit is 50kg . The scooter specifically meets the needs of children aged 2-5 because it is lightweight weighing only 1.9kg. This makes it very easy to manage.

Q: What makes the Mini Micro Deluxe LED different?

The Mini Micro Deluxe LED scooter is the same as the Mini Micro Deluxe with the exciting addition of light up LED wheels. These motion-powered LED wheels generate light through dynamo mechanics. Which means there is no need to worry about replacing batteries or the lights going out. An exciting addition to the Mini Micro Deluxe you already know and love.

Q: Does my child need to wear a helmet?

We always recommend that children should wear helmets when scooting. It is important that your childs helmet fits correctly (see our video tutorial here).

Q. Is the height of the Mini Micro Deluxe LED handlebar adjustable?

Yes! For the first time the Mini Micro now has an adjustable handlebar height which means younger, smaller children can now enjoy the benefits of scooting. The height of the handlebar can be adjusted from 49-68cm, suitable for a child who is 80 - 110cm in height.

Q. Does the Mini Micro Deluxe scooter LED conform to European safety standards?

As you would expect of a Swiss designed and engineered scooter the Mini Micro Deluxe conforms to European safety standard EN14619.
