Australia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home, they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect.

Australia Post will deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please note that Australia Post says we must allow ten days after the final day of expected delivery before contacting them to lodge a formal investigation into an overdue delivery. The investigation can take up to five business days to be resolved.

Returning an Item

Keep proof of postage for all returns.
Repackage the item properly, including exterior protection, to prevent damage during transit.
We can only accept returns if the product is in a saleable condition. The item must be:

Unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging.
Returned within 60 days of delivery.

Delivery Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any redelivery fees.
We do not refund initial shipping fees or credit card charges.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns if you change your mind.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as follows:

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will refund the full product price and the shipping cost
For any other reason, only the product cost will be refunded.

Exchanges

If there's a price difference for exchanged products, let us know how you'd prefer to pay or be refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

You can return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
If we determine the item is faulty, normal warranty conditions apply, and you are responsible for following warranty instructions.
Once we confirm the product is defective, we'll either send a replacement (subject to availability) or refund the product and original delivery costs via your original payment method.

The Perfect First Scooter for Little Adventurers

The Mini Micro Deluxe is the perfect first scooter for little adventurers!

The lean to steer design helps my toddler build balance and coordination while having loads of fun.

It is lightweight, sturdy, and super easy to control, with an adjustable handlebar that grows with him.

The gentle brake and grippy deck keep him confident and safe. A fab choice for boosting independence and outdoor play.

We genuinely love this scooter, it’s become one of our favourite toddler items and has made outdoor play even more exciting.

LOVE!

We bought this for our baby who will be 10 months at Christmas. He will get the rocker for Christmas, and then the scooter for his birthday! We’ve let him try out the rocker already and he loves it! Perfect present to grow with him!

We absolutely love our Micro Scooter! My daughter Emmy rides hers every day, and it’s made our park and lake trips so much more fun. The smooth glide, easy steering, and sturdy design give her the confidence to ride on her own — and the quality is amazing.

It’s been the perfect way to get outside, burn off energy, and make every little adventure extra special. I also love that Micro Scooters grow with your child — such a great investment for years of fun!
