Australia Post eParcel InfoAustralia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home, they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect. Australia Post will deliver to PO Box addresses. Please note that Australia Post says we must allow ten days after the final day of expected delivery before contacting them to lodge a formal investigation into an overdue delivery. The investigation can take up to five business days to be resolved. If an item is deemed to be "Delivered" on Australia Post tracking information, and for some reason you have still not received your order, please contact them directly. Everything You Need to Know
Returning an Item
- Keep proof of postage for all returns.Ā
- Repackage the item properly, including exterior protection, to prevent damage during transit.Ā
- We can only accept returns if the product is in a saleable condition. The item must be:Ā
- Unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging.Ā
- Returned within 60 days of delivery.
Delivery Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any redelivery fees.Ā
- We do not refund initial shipping fees or credit card charges.Ā
Change of MindĀ Ā
- We do not accept returns if you change your mind.Ā
RefundsĀ
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will refund the full product price and the shipping cost
- For any other reason, only the product cost will be refunded.
Exchanges
- If there's a price difference for exchanged products, let us know how you'd prefer to pay or be refunded.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
- You can return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- If we determine the item is faulty, normal warranty conditions apply, and you are responsible for following warranty instructions.
- Once we confirm the product is defective, we'll either send a replacement (subject to availability) or refund the product and original delivery costs via your original payment method.Ā
