Lacking Quality Control

The first helmet I ordered 3 years ago arrived pristine but the recent one had a huge scratch on it and I was told I would have to return it to Australia as nowhere in NZ I could return it to.

The helmets are great but I think they should be checked first before they are couriered to the buyer .
