    Australia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect.

    Australia Post will deliver to PO Box addresses.

    Please note that Australia Post say we must allow ten days after the final day of expected delivery before contacting them to lodge a formal investigation into an overdue delivery. The investigation can take up to five business days to be resolved.

    If an item is deemed to be "Delivered" on Australia Post tracking information, and for some reason you have still not received your order, please contact them directly.

    Fell apart

    I ordered two of these for my two daughters. One packet worked well abs they look lovely.

    The other packet fell apart as we opened them and it was clear the plastic holding the ribbons together hadn’t been put in properly which was very disappointing for my daughter:( I emailed Micro NZ who took a while to reply due to Christmas, they apologised and said they would replace them but I am still waiting on 12th January:(

    Thanks for your review.

    As discussed via our email corrospondance last week we are just waiting on the ribbons to come back into stock so we can get you a replacement pair sent out for you ASAP under warranty. There are a few delays at the port because of the new year and pandemic restrictions but this should be very soon that we receive it into our warehouse :)

    Best scooter accessory

    We purchased the ribbons to go with our daughters scooter and she absolutely loves them! They are beautiful and bright, with different colours. The ribbon is great quality and looks fantastic. We definitely recommend purchasing them.
