    Australia Post eParcel Info

    Australia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home, they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect.

    Australia Post will deliver to PO Box addresses.

    Please note that Australia Post says we must allow ten days after the final day of expected delivery before contacting them to lodge a formal investigation into an overdue delivery. The investigation can take up to five business days to be resolved.

    If an item is deemed to be "Delivered" on Australia Post tracking information, and for some reason you have still not received your order, please contact them directly.

    Everything You Need to Know

    Returning an Item

    • Keep proof of postage for all returns. 
    • Repackage the item properly, including exterior protection, to prevent damage during transit. 
    • We can only accept returns if the product is in a saleable condition. The item must be: 
      • Unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging. 
      • Returned within 60 days of delivery.

    Delivery Costs

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any redelivery fees. 
    • We do not refund initial shipping fees or credit card charges. 

    Change of Mind  

    • We do not accept returns if you change your mind. 

    Refunds 

    Refunds will be processed as follows:

    • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will refund the full product price and the shipping cost
    • For any other reason, only the product cost will be refunded.

    Exchanges

    • If there's a price difference for exchanged products, let us know how you'd prefer to pay or be refunded.

    Damaged or Faulty Goods

    • You can return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
    • If we determine the item is faulty, normal warranty conditions apply, and you are responsible for following warranty instructions.
    • Once we confirm the product is defective, we'll either send a replacement (subject to availability) or refund the product and original delivery costs via your original payment method.

    • Allow up to 14 days for refunds after we receive the returned item.

        Family holiday made easier

        We recently travelled to Fiji and brought our Micro Ride On with us - it made the whole trip so much easier. From getting around the airport to exploring our accomodation, it was a total game changer. No tired legs, no complaints and no kids struggling to carry their beach gear - everything fit inside perfectly.

        Game Changer

        This ride on suitcase was a dream when I took my three year old overseas. She hoped on and off and sat comfortably. She loved it. It glided smoothly through the airports and I didn't need to pick her up once! Excellent design and top quality wheels like your scooter wheels. So impressed, thank you.

        We love it!

        Little one (nearly 4) absolutely loves this! Can scoot around on it solo, including with the suitcase attached. Best thing is it’s also a handy lightweight stroller at the destination - great for walking tours, or heading out to get dinner at the end of a long day of fun. Would love it if there was also a cover to keep the suitcase protected while in transit.
