    The Downtown scooter is designed for urban transport and to scoot the commute, therefore it has a low ground clearance to make the ride as ergonomic as possible and to go over flatter concreted areas.

    Easy and steady ride!

    I chose the Downtown over other adult scooters with various other features, because being a relatively casual rider I wanted something easy to ride and with good control. So the wider deck/handlebars, bigger wheels and bonus handbrake were perfect for me (the only thing is it doesn't have a kickstand if that's an important feature to have). We've been having fun scootering around home and going on some family adventures with it!

    Thank you for your lovely review.

    A little trick that we show people here in our head office for the downtown scooter is to half fold the scooter so that it can stand up by itself. As it has the kick to fold function all you have to do is kick it, fold it slightly till the deck hits the ground and then it is free standing, then just click it back into place when you want to ride it.

    I'm a cool mom now!

    Love this awesome addition to our fun family time. My daughter absolutely loves riding her scooter alongside me and it's a lot easier to chase her now on it rather than running. The quality is awesome and even though it is not recommended, it takes the weight of my 100+ kg husband fine too :)

    Great scooter

    Great quality – the handbrake works well, and the folding mechanism is very convenient. It can be a bit bumpy on rough and uneven paths, but it is a very smooth ride otherwise.
