    Australia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home, they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect.

    Australia Post will deliver to PO Box addresses.

    Not a straight forward replacement. Definitely need 2x people and specific tools.

    Easy to put on, great to be able to fix it!

    I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get this on given the other reviews (saying it was really hard to put on) but it was super easy to put on and works great! Not sure what those other people were doing!

    Love that we can get spare parts and fix things ourselves!

    Suprisingly hard to install

    Firstly, no instructions.

    Secondly, you have to fight the spring to get the pin in and its damn near impossible.

    My hack was to bend the spring a little and then had to pack it to avoid rattle.

    Extremely hard to fit

    I scoffed at the previous review - how hard could it be?

    Well really really hard. Does not help there is no guide suggesting how to do it.

    You have to fight the spring to get the pin in.

    In the end I bent the spring and then had to put a adhesive pad under the spring to provide more tension.

    I am not sure I would bother again.

    The part itself is quality, but without some special tool or technique it is way too hard to fit.

    Not an easy job to switch out

    Took two of us a long time wrestling with this to get it on. Ended up damaging it slightly and scratching the scooter so all around was pretty frustrating. It works fine now but just not worth it in my mind.
