Australia Post eParcel Info Australia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect. Returning an Item

• Keep proof of postage for all returns. 
• Repackage the item properly, including exterior protection, to prevent damage during transit. 
• We can only accept returns if the product is in a saleable condition. The item must be: 
• Unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging. 
• Returned within 60 days of delivery.

Delivery Costs

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any redelivery fees. 
• We do not refund initial shipping fees or credit card charges. 

Change of Mind  

• We do not accept returns if you change your mind. 

Refunds 

Refunds will be processed as follows:

• If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will refund the full product price and the shipping cost
• For any other reason, only the product cost will be refunded.

Exchanges

Damaged or Faulty Goods

• You can return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
