Returning an Item

Keep proof of postage for all returns.
Repackage the item properly, including exterior protection, to prevent damage during transit.
We can only accept returns if the product is in a saleable condition. The item must be:

Unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging.
Returned within 60 days of delivery.

Delivery Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any redelivery fees.
We do not refund initial shipping fees or credit card charges.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns if you change your mind.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as follows:

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will refund the full product price and the shipping cost
For any other reason, only the product cost will be refunded.

You can return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Perfect First Scooter for My Granddaughter!

I bought the Micro Mini2Grow Deluxe Magic LED Scooter for my 2-year-old granddaughter, and it’s been an absolute hit! The build quality is outstanding – sturdy, safe, and clearly made to last. The three wheels provide excellent stability, which gave her the confidence to hop on and start scooting around almost straight away.

The handlebar is the perfect height for her age, and I love that it’s adjustable so she can grow with it. The steering is smooth and easy for her little hands to manage, and the design is lightweight enough for me to carry when needed.

Best of all, she’s having so much fun while developing balance and coordination. It's a joy to see her gaining independence and enjoying the outdoors.

Highly recommend for any toddler – it’s worth every cent!

Excellent Scooter

We bought this for our 3 year old’s birthday and she is loving it! Gives her a smooth ride and turns well, now she’s got the hang of it. I actually didn’t realise that it doesn’t have the wheel lights when I chose it, but in the end I think it’s better without the LEDs.
