    Plate is good. Installation is very hard.

    Some instructions on how to install world have been amazing. It took me about an hour and a half to get the pin in. I imagine they have some specialised tools in the factory.

    We do have instructional videos and guides for many of our repairs and parts, however with multiple models and many many parts we do not have all available up on our website.     Needs a video specific for this model to help with changing

    This is a difficult one to change on your own. Would have been good if there was some instructions (booklet or video specific to this model) to go with it. We had to use 4 hands (2 ppl) and a lot of kiwi ingenuity to get that pin to go through the spring part. It was not an easy piece to replace. And we had to replace 2 scooter brakes!

    The end result, the scooters has a longer life.
