1. Secure the front wheel of your scooters into a vice

2. Loosen the bolts on the clamp at the base of the T Bar tube

3. Remove the T Bar and clamp from the scooter

4. Using your headset spanner remove the nut and then the headset screw from the thread of the tube

5. Using a flathead screwdriver, remove the bearing from the headset and place on a clean tissue

6. Place on hand on the front wheel holding it down and the other hand on the lower tube of the scooter, and pull upwards to remove the deck from the lower tube

7. Remove the bearing at the base of the lower tube and also place this on a clean tissue

8. Get your bearing and slot it back on the lower tube, ensuring that the bearing bullets are facing upwards

9. Reattach the deck to the scooter by sliding the deck onto the lower tube

10. Get your other bearing and slot it back on the tube, ensuring that the bearing bullets are facing downwards this time

11. Put back on the headset screw and tighten it. Find the right balance of tightness as the wheel must be moveable

12. Put the nut back onto the thread. Use one headset spanner to hold the headset screw in place and use the other to tighten the nut on top

13. Place the clamp and T Bar back on the lower tube and check the wheel alignment before tightening. Once checked, tighten the clamp screws and you are good to go!
