For the best chance of receiving your order by Christmas, we recommend ordering as early as possible. Based on Australia Post’s guidelines, here are the estimated cut-off dates for each state.     Australia Post eParcel Info

    Australia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect.

    Australia Post will deliver to PO Box addresses.

    Please note that Australia Post say we must allow ten days after the final day of expected delivery before contacting them to lodge a formal investigation into an overdue delivery. The investigation can take up to five business days to be resolved.

    If an item is deemed to be "Delivered" on Australia Post tracking information, and for some reason you have still not received your order, please contact them directly.

    Good service- wheels a little disappointing for price

    Arrived really quickly. Wheels look good but the bolts were slightly longer than old ones, and thread is different so the went on seeming a little wobbly. The lights on one of them also never really worked properly, and now after a few weeks only one wheel ever lights up.

    I am glad to hear your order arrived quickly. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your LED wheels and that one of the wheels is not lighting up. It sounds like you may have received a faulty wheel as the LED feature is powered by motion. Could you please take a few pictures of the bolts and wheels, and send them through to info@microscooters.com.au and we can help resolve this issue you are experiencing.
