Standard Delivery - Free for orders over $100

  • Packages are wrapped in plain packaging so contents cannot be seen.
  • Delivery is via Australia Post eParcel and is FREE to all locations in Australia for orders over $100.
  • Orders under $100 have a delivery charge of $9.95 (+GST). 
  • Delivery is usually between 9am & 5pm on Weekdays,

Outlying areas may take a day or two longer.


Australia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect.

  • Please note that Australia Post say we must allow three days after the final day of expected delivery before contacting them to lodge a formal investigation into an overdue delivery. The investigation can take up to five business days to be resolved.
  • If an item is deemed to be "Delivered" on Australia Post tracking information, and for some reason you have still not received your order, please contact them directly.

  • Delivery is usually Next Business Day for metro areas.  Please note: at peak times of the year these times may vary
  • Cut off time for this service is 10am AEST daily.
NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT, TAS:  $22.50 +GST
WA:   $30 +GST
NT:    Service not available

 

  • Delivery is via Australia Post eParcel Express Service.

Outlying or non-metro areas may take slightly longer. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.
