To protect the health and safety of both staff and customers, Australia Post will no longer require a signature for delivery. You will still need to be present, as the driver will record your name and sign on your behalf. Contact will be minimised by leaving the parcel at the door until the driver has left the premises.

Due to the current unprecedented circumstances affecting deliveries across Australia we cannot guarantee our standard delivery estimates below. Our warehouse is processing orders as normal, however AU POST SERVICES ARE IMPACTED BY INCREASED VOLUMES AT THIS TIME & THERE WILL BE DELAYS.

Australia Post eParcel info

Australia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect.
Please note that Australia Post say we must allow three days after the final day of expected delivery before contacting them to lodge a formal investigation into an overdue delivery. The investigation can take up to five business days to be resolved.

• Cut off time for this service is 10am AEST daily.
• Delivery is usually Next Business Day for metro areas, but due to AusPost service delays this will take longer.

Outlying or non-metro areas may take slightly longer. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.

• Please note electric scooters cannot be delivered by air express services.
