How to replace scooter wheels
- Using an Allen Key, undo the axle through the wheel. (If you have difficulty with this please refer to the "Dealing with immovable bolts" on our maintenance page)
- If the wheel does not come with bearings either insert new bearings or replace with the bearings from the old wheel. (see below)
- If your model has spacers or washers make sure they are in place before replacing the wheel.
- Place the Allen Key bolt through the base, wheel and spacers if applicable and tighten.
The great thing about Micro Scooters is that we have a full range of spare parts available – as you know since you’re here. Since Micro Scooters have few moving parts and they are largely screwed together instead of fused, most parts can be easily replaced.
The key thing to help your Micro Scooter last the distance is maintenance, maintenance and maintenance. We recommend tightening the nuts and bolts every few weeks and giving your scooter a full service every four months or so to keep to keep it in its best condition. Australia Post eParcel Info Australia Post will not accept any 'Authority to Leave' requests. If you're not home they will leave a card and drop the package at a local Post Office for you to collect. Australia Post will deliver to PO Box addresses. Please note that Australia Post say we must allow ten days after the final day of expected delivery before contacting them to lodge a formal investigation into an overdue delivery. The investigation can take up to five business days to be resolved. If an item is deemed to be "Delivered" on Australia Post tracking information, and for some reason you have still not received your order, please contact them directly.
