ORDER AND DELIVERY

Delivery

We send products by courier to physical addresses (not P.O. Box addresses) in Australia only. Online orders are dispatched the next business day. Delivery times are estimates only but usually arrive 2-7 business days after dispatch. more info >>>

Placing and Accepting Orders

Orders will not be despatched until payment in full is received and we're satisfied with the integrity of the order. Without limiting the Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product or arising from exercising our cancellation rights. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer.

Order cancellation

We reserve the right not to provide goods or services or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by email or phone +61 (0)3 9005 7825. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled are subject to our policy for Returns and Exchanges.

Delivery

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We have aligned ourselves with delivery partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date, but dates specified are estimates only.

Please ensure that you fill in the Name & Address and Delivery Address boxes if differing from the Name & Address.

Non-arrival or an order

It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we lodge enquiries to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. If an item is lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement immediately. Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion.

We are unable give a guaranteed time or day of delivery.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein a) we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery, b) you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order, and c) we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

FREIGHT

Where delivery is not included in the stated price, freight charges are set by your nominated destination. Costs are shown in the Shopping Cart at the time of order. Please note freight charges are an estimate only. We reserve the right to make changes where necessary.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

To return a product to us, contact us first for advice about our return address details.

Returns and Exchanges

If you return goods for any reason, please keep appropriate proof of despatch. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item. It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit.

We will not issue a return or exchange unless the product/s are in a saleable condition upon return. All returned products must be: a) Unused, unopened and in original condition; b) Undamaged, and c) Received by us within 14 days of original delivery to you. In the event of a return by you we will exchange or refund in the form of a Company gift voucher. However, you will pay the delivery costs of the return to micro Australia and any re-delivery to you. We will not refund initial delivery or credit card costs.
You may not return an item because you have changed your mind.

Refunds

We will process a refund by either:

  • bank deposit or crediting your credit card
  • provide a gift voucher which can be redeemed on any future microscooters.com.au purchase with 12 months validity.

The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received: 

  • a damaged product or the wrong product, we may refund both the product and delivery costs 
  • a product that you no longer wish to purchase, only the product cost may be refunded, less 10% to cover processing costs.

Exchanges

To complete an exchange, include the name, variety and cost of the new product you require in an email to us. If there is a difference in the price of the products involved in the exchange, please tell us how we should refund or charge you.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

You may return damaged or faulty goods. If later deemed by us to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is your responsibility to follow warranty/instruction information. You are responsible for all costs incurred in relation to any return. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability).

Once we receive the item returned by you, or otherwise agree that the item is defective or faulty, we will happily refund the original product price and delivery, via the original method of payment.

Please note that all products that are not found to be defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to Micro Scooters Ltd.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.

AVAILABILITY AND PAYMENT

Product availability

We can't guarantee to have all products in stock, so certain items will not be despatched the day of order. If you select a number of products and one is not available, we will wait and ship the entire order together. Disclaimer
We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products. Payment
When you are ready to finalise payment on your purchase, you have a couple of options.

Credit Card

Purchasing online with your credit card is the simplest and most convenient way of shopping. Simply fill in your details and we bill the purchase to your account.

Receipt

At the end of the payment process you will be presented with a confirmation screen containing your receipt number. This page can be printed for your reference. You will also be sent an email confirming this receipt number as soon as your order has been finalised.
